Our workshops aren't lectures about conflict transformation. They're practice spaces where you'll:
Explore how dominant culture shows up in your organizing work.
Practice new approaches to navigating conflict in real time.
Build relationships with organizers from other movements.
Develop concrete tools you can bring back to your communities.
Connect with regional networks for sustained support
We work experientially, which means learning by doing. Expect movement, small group work, role plays, reflection, and lots of practice.
We draw on transformative justice, popular education, and experiential facilitation. This means:
Starting from your lived experience, not external expertise.
Practicing new behaviors, not just discussing concepts.
Building on collective wisdom in the room.
Adapting to what emerges, not following rigid scripts.
Creating space for both challenge and care.
These workshops are designed for organizers who:
Have been in activist/organizing spaces for at least a year.
Have experienced or witnessed conflict in their groups.
Are ready to practice new approaches, even when uncomfortable.
Can commit to three full days of participation.
Want to bring new capacities back to their communities.
We prioritize Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and other racialized activists who experience multiple forms of marginalization in their organizing work.
Workshop cost: $ per participant
We offer:
Full scholarships for those who need them (no questions asked).
Sliding scale options based on your financial capacity.
No one turned away for lack of funds.
Our goal is access, not profit. All proceeds support our continued work.
