What Is the Cohort?
A six-month collaborative working group for racialized organizers in the U.S. to co-create transformative conflict navigation resources based on their lived experiences.

Our Approach
This is a working group where participants:
Co-create resources reflecting their experiences.
Challenge dominant movement cultures.
Develop tools for navigating conflict.
Re-imagine existing concepts of justice.
Program Structure
Bi-weekly sessions (2 hours each).
Phase 1: Foundation Building (First 2 Months)
Creating comprehensive group agreements.
Developing shared definitions.
Centering transformative justice principles.
Building collective trust and understanding.
Phase 2: Resource Co-Creation (Months 3-6)
Collaborative development of conflict navigation resources.
Documenting lived experiences.
Designing tools for organizers.
Preparing resources for broader movement use.
