Join Our Facilitation Team

We're seeking passionate facilitators to help shape the next phase of Transforming Culture's programs. As we evolve our work based on three years of collective learning, we invite you to bring your wisdom, experience, and commitment to this collaborative journey.

Who We're Looking For

We're building a team of facilitators who:

  • Are actively engaged in social justice work.

  • Have passion for facilitation and group process.

  • Bring knowledge of transformative justice approaches or a genuine desire and political motivation to unlearn punitive approaches to conflict.

  • Ideally have experience with popular education and experiential learning methodologies.

  • Embody and practice collective liberation values.

What Collaboration Looks Like

When you join our team, you'll:

  • Participate in the co-creation process of our updated programs.

  • Engage in a series of online team meetings to develop curriculum and resources collectively.

  • Commit to at least two 2-hour meetings every month for the next 6 months.

  • Bring your unique insights and experiences to shape our approach.

  • Join a community of practice centered on transformative possibilities.

Compensation

We value your time, expertise, and contributions:

  • $75/hour during the co-creation and development phase.

  • Once programs launch: $100/hour for main facilitators and $75/hour for co-facilitators per session.

Team Composition

We're looking to build a team that includes:

  • 2 U.S.-based facilitators.

  • 2 Latin America-based facilitators.
