“The true focus of revolutionary change is never merely the oppressive situations which we seek to escape, but that piece of the oppressor which is planted deep within each of us, and which knows only the oppressors' tactics, the oppressors' relationships.”

—Audre Lorde, Sister Outsider: Essays and Speeches.

Our Programs

We're excited to share that Transforming Culture is entering a new phase of growth. After three years of collective learning, experimentation, and practice, we're redesigning our programs to better serve our community of activists and organizers.

What's Happening

We're taking time to integrate the wisdom and insights gathered from our journey so far, from our Conflict Transformation Cohort, Practice Space, and Group Support initiatives. This process of reflection and renewal honors our commitment to practice-based approaches and emergent learning.
